Role Description
The Ground Revenue Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bekasi (Outer Jakarta Area), responsible for optimizing property-level revenue performance across the assigned portfolio. This role involves monitoring daily pricing, occupancy, and demand trends, and adjusting rates and inventory to maximize revenue and profitability. The Ground Revenue Manager collaborates with on-ground operations, sales, and central revenue teams to implement revenue strategies, manage promotions, and ensure accurate revenue recognition and reporting. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing performance data, preparing revenue forecasts, reviewing financial metrics with property partners, and identifying opportunities to improve yield and market positioning. The role also includes regular site visits, stakeholder communication, and the use of internal tools and dashboards to maintain strong commercial performance.
