Proficient in professional design and motion software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Figma, and other supporting tools.
Able to develop creative visual concepts that are consistent with Branding Guidelines and translate communication strategies into effective visual materials.
Strong understanding of design principles, including composition, typography, color theory, layout, visual hierarchy, and visual storytelling.
Capable of producing static content, motion graphics, and video materials (key visuals, campaigns, app tutorials, explainers, and digital marketing assets).
Understands technical file standards (formats, resolution, aspect ratios, compression, pre-press, and specifications for various digital and print platforms).
Experienced in working with fast turnaround times, able to manage time effectively, take direction and revisions, and maintain output quality in accordance with SLA.
Basic understanding of communication within the financial services industry and regulatory compliance (OJK regulations, financial literacy, and public communication ethics).
Able to collaborate effectively with Marketing, Digital Business, and related teams to support the go-to-market strategy.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
2-4 years of experience in graphic design
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
