Unearthed Productions is a creative production company operating at the intersection of culture, storytelling, and execution. We work with brands, venues, and creative partners to produce impactful events and experiences.

We are looking for a versatile 2D Graphic Designer based in Indonesia who can transform ideas into compelling visual content. You will collaborate closely with our Singapore team and support both Unearthed Productions and our clients across events, campaigns, pitches, and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging 2D graphics, including EDMs, key visuals, posters, presentations, and social media content.

• Develop and conceptualise visual themes and key campaign graphics.

• Produce sketches and illustrations when required.

• Design for emerging and digital formats, including Instagram Stories, GIFs, lower thirds, and other online media.

• Create and optimise visual assets for websites, social media, presentations, and marketing campaigns while following brand guidelines.

• Stay updated on design trends, principles, and emerging media technologies.

• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines, briefs, and quality standards.

• Collaborate with event and internal teams to understand objectives, contribute creative ideas, and translate feedback into effective deliverables.

• Support client pitches and internal presentations with compelling and cohesive visual content.

• Assist with project scoping, resource planning, and prioritising deliverables based on client and business objectives.

• Work closely and communicate regularly with the Singapore team.

What We're Looking For

• A strong portfolio demonstrating key visuals, digital campaigns, social media content, and brand-related design work.

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator; knowledge of other relevant creative tools is an advantage.

• Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour, branding, and visual storytelling.

• Ability to interpret briefs and turn concepts into polished visual outputs.

• Comfortable handling multiple projects and working within fast-paced timelines.

• Responsive, organised, collaborative, and receptive to creative feedback.

• Good English communication skills for cross-border collaboration.

• Experience in events, creative agencies, advertising, or experiential marketing is an advantage.

• Basic motion graphics, GIF, or video-content experience is a plus.

Work Arrangement

This is a fully remote role. Candidates may be based anywhere in Indonesia, provided they are available to collaborate during Singapore working hours.
