Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Graphic Designer based in Surabaya at The Southern Hotel. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing visual content that aligns with the hotel's branding. Day-to-day tasks include creating graphics for marketing campaigns, designing logos and branding materials, and ensuring consistency in typography and design elements. Collaboration with other departments and adherence to deadlines are also key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create visually appealing designs
• Experience in Branding to maintain and enhance the hotel's visual identity
• Strong understanding of Typography to ensure aesthetic and effective visual communication
• Excellent creative and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
• Proficiency in graphic design software and tools
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to feedback
• Having a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred
• Relevant work experience in the hospitality or service industry is a plus
