Responsibilities
Visual Design & Creative Concept Development:
- Create designs for digital and print media (websites, social media, brochures, etc.).
- Lead the design process from concept to execution.
- Stay updated on design trends and best practices.
Brand Design & Visual Identity
- Design and maintain the company's brand identity system (logos, color schemes, typography, etc.).
- Enhance the company's brand image across online and offline platforms.
Design Project Management & Collaboration
- Manage multiple design projects, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
- Report project progress and collaborate with teams for feedback and adjustments.
- Translate business needs into engaging design solutions.
Design File Preparation & Quality Control
- Ensure designs meet print and digital media standards.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure designs meet specifications (color, format, size, resolution).
Design Asset Management & Maintenance
- Organize and manage design assets (graphics, templates, fonts, etc.).
- Collaborate with teams to create and modify design resources for campaigns.
Collaboration With Stakeholders
- Manage design requirements for printed materials, exhibitions, and external media.
- Ensure design consistency with brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for timely delivery.
Collaboration With UI/UX Designers
- Understand product requirements and goals by working with the UI/UX designer.
- Assist with analyzing user feedback and adjusting visual elements based on results.
- Ensure designs align with user needs and brand standards.
Requirements
Open to relocating to Bali in the near future.
Proficiency in English (is a must)
Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Digital Media, Communications, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design styles and techniques.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, Sketch, or similar tools.
- Experience with both print and digital design platforms.
- Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, composition, and layout principles.
- Familiarity with web design principles, responsive design, and basic front-end coding (HTML, CSS) is a plus.

- Strong creative vision, able to translate complex ideas into simple, visually engaging designs.
- Ability to develop innovative concepts and turn them into tangible design solutions that capture the brand's voice and resonate with the target audience.

- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.

- Strong communication skills to articulate design concepts and rationale to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Collaborative mindset, able to work closely with other teams (e.g., marketing, development, product) to achieve common goals.
