Analyze the design briefs and conceptualizing visuals based on requirements to produce relevant design.
Create and design various promotional materials (example : digital banner, KV, etc) in various form (static, motion) support various marketing and campaign initiatives of the business unit.
Actively stay updated on current design trends in society to create visual brand that can compete with competitors and increase customer awareness.
Collaborate with the Brand & Product Marketing team closely to ensure that appropriate compliance labeling and language are included in all marketing materials.
Maintain good relation and collaboration with internal and external parties to achive the operational & business goals.
Revise graphic design (if any) and ensure all graphic designs are visually appealing according to brand guidelines to maintain publication standards and brand image.
Ensure that design needs for marketing activities are met according to the established timeline and service level agreement.
Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Design Creative Visual, Marketing Communication, or Related Field
Min. 1 - 2 years in creative design, fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
Experience in FMCG, Retail, Beauty Industry, or Digital Commerce will be a plus.
