Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Able to create visual and motion designs that align with creative direction for Customer Service needs
• Able to develop and execute visual designs, icons, stickers, and other creative elements to enhance our Customer Service department.
• Actively collaborate with team members to prepare detailed design concepts as needed
• Ensure all final designs are high quality and visually appealing.
• This role will be specifically designated for Customer Service Department.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Design/Multimedia/Creative Arts, or a related fields
• Having 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, creative content production, or a similar role
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and familiar with digital content creation, social media design, and current visual trends
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Passion for beauty, lifestyle, and consumer trends; knowledge of motion graphics and video editing is a plus
