Graphic Designer

We're hiring a graphic designer !

Salt is a full-service marketing and growth agency focused on lead generation for B2B and B2C businesses across Australia. We're dedicated to giving our clients a premium service and measurable results, and the creative we put out needs to reflect that.

This isn't a role for just any graphic designer. We're looking for someone who is skilled, highly creative, and able to think beyond aesthetics. You'll need to understand overall strategy, get inside the target audience's head, and consistently produce work that is both beautiful and purposeful.

What you'd own:

• Designing paid ad creatives across Meta, Google, and social platforms
• Working closely with our performance teams to understand briefs and client goals, and letting that inform your design decisions
• Creating company documents, print designs, templates, and illustrations
• Leading on branding identity and logo design
• Turning briefs around quickly and making revisions based on client feedback

You'd fit in well if you:

• Have a strong portfolio showing brand, digital, and performance creative
• Are confident with the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite
• Understand how to use AI tools to assist in design workflow
• Think about conversion and strategy, not just how something looks
• Understand performance marketing and how design drives results
• Can manage your own time, hit deadlines, and take feedback without missing a beat
• Are available to work Australian hours (9am to 5pm AEST)
