Execution across digital products, marketing campaigns, and brand communications.
Lead visual design for digital marketing, in-app visuals, campaigns, and brand assets
Translate brand guidelines into compelling, high-quality design outputs
Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, marketers, and developers
Design for multiple channels: app, web, social media, paid ads, email, and offline
Ensure design consistency across all touchpoints
Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback
Manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines
Stay updated with design trends, fintech UI standards, and user behavior

Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer (fintech, startup, or tech preferred)
Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital campaigns, and product-related design
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma
Solid understanding of design systems and brand consistency
Experience designing for mobile-first and performance-driven marketing
