Job Description:

Design plays a crucial role in bringing that mission to life. We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to help us communicate ideas visually and meaningfully.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality visuals for social media, digital ads, investment-related educational content, and other promotional materials.
• Maintain strong visual consistency across all outputs while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand needs and translate briefs into clear, compelling design solutions.
• Manage multiple design projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
• Stay updated with design trends.
• Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions and project planning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field.
• 1-3 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Able to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Detail-oriented with strong creative problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to present design concepts clearly.
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
• Experience in social media content design is a plus.
• Proficient in using AI-assisted tools (such as Gemini, Midjourney, etc) is a plus
• Motion graphics or 3D design skills are an advantage.
