Job Title: Multimedia Designer

Client Location: UK

Working Days/Hours: Monday-Friday/4-hour overlap between 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM UK time

Contract Type: Part-Time Contract

Contract Term: 1 year, Renewable

Monthly Salary: USD 350-550

Job Overview:

One of our clients is looking for a Multimedia Designer to transform long-form event footage into engaging short-form content for social media. This role focuses on identifying key moments, editing high-quality clips, and creating supporting visual assets. The ideal candidate is fast, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while consistently delivering publish-ready content.

Responsibilities:

• Edit raw event footage (panels, sessions, talks) into short-form social media clips (approximately one post per day)
• Identify strong soundbite moments from longer recordings
• Add captions, graphics, and branding elements to video clips
• Create sizzle reels to promote upcoming and past events
• Design social media assets (banners, quote cards, promotional graphics) using Canva
• Deliver completed assets daily with brief progress updates
• Maintain consistency in quality, branding, and output

Must-Haves:

• Strong command of English (able to review footage and independently identify key moments)
• Proficiency in CapCut and Canva
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction
• Strong communication skills with consistent daily updates
• Good understanding of social media content formats and best practices
• Able to work efficiently and meet daily output expectations

Great-to-Haves:

• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro or other professional editing tools
• Background in events, media, or content marketing
• Strong visual and design sense beyond basic editing
