Role Overview:

Were looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing in-house creative team in Surabaya (Indonesia). Youll play a key role in shaping our brand across marketing, product, and digital touchpoints, crafting visual stories that engage parents, students, and educators alike.

Responsibilities:

• Design digital assets including social media posts, landing pages, ads, email campaigns, and infographics.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to deliver consistent and on-brand visuals.
• Contribute to the development and evolution of Geniebooks visual identity.
• Create visual concepts for campaigns that resonate with our audience.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in graphic design (agency or in-house).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong eye for layout, typography, and color.
• A creative thinker who can work fast and adapt in a startup environment.
• Bonus: Experience with motion graphics, Figma, or Canva.
• English proficiency
