Design creative assets for SPP Merchant marketing channels (social media, in-app banner, pop-up banner, landing pages etc)
Plan, shoot, and produce short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
Create engaging static and motion content (banners, carousels, short videos, etc.)
Collaborate with Marketing team to translate ideas into compelling visuals and content
Ensure consistency of brand identity across all creative outputs
Support ad-hoc creative and content needs for campaigns

Requirements

Min. bachelor's degree
1-2 years of experience in graphic design and content creation; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Proficient in design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and mobile video editing apps (CapCut, etc)
Familiar with AI design tools
Strong sense of visual storytelling and social media content trends
Comfortable being on-ground for content production when needed
Basic motion graphics and video editing skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn
