Graphic Designer

Role Description This full-time Graphic Designer role at Capslock Studio is an on-site position based in Makassar. The Graphic Designer will create visual concepts for digital and print materials, including marketing assets, social media content, and brand collateral. Responsibilities include developing and refining design ideas, collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, and translating briefs into compelling visuals. The role involves preparing production-ready files, maintaining visual consistency across all materials, and iterating on designs based on feedback and performance data. The Graphic Designer will also contribute to brainstorming sessions, support brand development initiatives, and stay up to date with design trends and tools.

Qualifications

• Strong visual design skills in graphics and graphic design, with a portfolio demonstrating diverse, high-quality work.
• Experience in logo design and branding, including developing and applying brand identities across multiple channels.
• Proficiency in typography, with the ability to select and combine typefaces that enhance readability and brand recognition.
• Advanced skills in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent tools).
• Ability to interpret creative briefs, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, creative problem-solving abilities, and openness to constructive feedback.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills when working with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders.
• Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
