About the Role

We are seeking a Graphic Designer who will play a key role in translating ideas into compelling visual assets. This position is responsible for developing creative concepts, executing designs across digital and print platforms, and ensuring strong brand consistency in all communications.

You will collaborate closely with marketing and internal stakeholders to produce visuals that not only look good but also drive engagement and business impact.

General Qualifications

• Minimum D3/Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer (fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome)
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse design work
• Detail-oriented with good time management skills
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Technical Competencies (Required)

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign
• Strong understanding of design principles: layout, color, typography, and composition
• Ability to create designs for both digital (social media, ads, website) and print materials
• Ability to translate briefs into visually engaging concepts aligned with brand identity
