Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Designer and Visual Merchandiser, where you will bring strong creative and technical expertise to elevate Blum's brand perception in Indonesia by translating our brand values into impactful visual communication across channels, supporting our commercial objectives and ultimately contributing to sustainable business growth.

YOU WILL

Develop compelling visual concepts and lead execution across all marketing collateral, presentations, POS materials, and digital platforms to ensure a consistent and impactful Blum brand experience.

Create and maintain a market-aligned visual library by planning, directing, and executing photo and video shoots, and editing content to ensure brand consistency and local relevance.

Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies and localized guidelines together with the Sales and Marketing teams to optimize product presentation and drive sales through Blum Dealers.

Analyze Blum Dealer feedback, sales data, and market trends, and support tracking and reporting on performance to continuously improve design and visual merchandising effectiveness.

Manage multiple projects, collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers, and maintain a structured archive of assets to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality visual solutions.

WE

Value education You hold a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, and bring at least five years of experience in graphic design and/or visual merchandising.

Value strong conceptual thinking and a sharp eye for detail, demonstrating the ability to translate brand strategy into consistent, high-quality visual communication across print, digital, and in-store environments.

Appreciate experience You have a proven track record in creating marketing collateral and visual merchandising solutions, ideally within retail, FMCG, interiors, or similar brand-driven environments.

Emphasize excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions, work effectively with cross-functional teams, and engage confidently in English in a business context.
