Brief Summary
PT Berhasil Tumbuh Bersama is an e-commerce enabler helping brands grow across multiple platforms. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer. You will be responsible for producing design assets for marketplaces, social media, campaigns, and simple motion graphics.
Key Responsibilities
- Create visual design assets for marketplace platforms (Shopee/Tokopedia/TikTok), including banners, product highlights, and campaign materials.
- Develop social media content
- Produce basic motion graphics (simple product animations, text motion, transitions) for Live Streaming.
- Maintain brand identity and follow brand guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with the KAE, Store Ops, affiliate, and live-stream teams for daily design needs.
- Report to Senior Graphic Design Specialist
- Deliver assets accurately and meet tight deadlines.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in Graphic Design (fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome).
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and basic Adobe Photoshop.
- Able to create basic motion graphics using After Effects / CapCut Pro / Premiere (simple animation is sufficient).
- Strong portfolio is required.
- Familiarity with e-commerce design style is a strong plus.
- Creative, detail-oriented, responsive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good attitude and teamwork skills.
