Responsibilities

- Work closely with and assist the lead graphic designer in various design projects.
- Collaborate with the lead designer and other teams to brainstorm ideas, contribute innovative design ideas, create design concepts, and execute visual solutions.
- Assist in the creation of visual assets for internal and external design materials, social media content, motion graphics, branding, websites, and video editing.
- Ensure that all design work aligns with the client's or internal brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent visual identity.
- Assist in organizing and managing design files and project documentation to facilitate efficient collaboration.
- Be receptive to feedback and work collaboratively with the lead designer to refine and enhance design deliverables.
- Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritizing and meeting deadlines as directed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate fresh design concepts into your work.
Requirements
- Final year student (with no classes) or recent graduate in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier) & Video Editing tools such as CapCut.
- Demonstrated creative and artistic skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Good time management and organizational abilities.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A well-curated portfolio showcasing your design work (please include a link or attachment).
- Willingness to work Hybrid from our office located in West Jakarta.
