As a Graphic Designer Intern, you will support consultants and internal teams in producing high-quality visual materials that communicate ideas clearly and professionally. This role focuses on creating engaging visual designs, maintaining brand consistency, and translating complex information into compelling visual formats aligned with Crowe Indonesia's branding guidelines.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design visually engaging presentation slides, infographics, and other visual materials to support business communication.
- Develop graphic assets for presentations, reports, marketing materials, and internal documents.
- Ensure all visual outputs follow Crowe Indonesia's brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.
- Transform raw content, reports, and complex information into clear and impactful visual designs.
- Create visual elements such as icons, diagrams, charts, and simple illustrations to enhance communication.
- Edit and refine existing design materials to improve visual clarity and professionalism.
- Collaborate with consultants and internal teams to understand design needs and deliver effective visual solutions.
- Manage multiple design tasks while meeting tight deadlines.
Job Requirements:
- Final-year student or fresh graduate (SMA/SMK graduates with strong design portfolios are welcome to apply).
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, or similar design software.
- Good command of English, both written and verbal.
- Strong sense of visual aesthetics, layout, and typography.
- Strong attention to detail and consistency in design execution.
- Ability to translate ideas and complex information into clear visual formats.
- Basic knowledge of presentation design (PowerPoint or Google Slides) is an advantage.
- Organized, reliable, and able to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong ability to handle ambiguity while maintaining attention to detail.
