Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Management Trainee role based in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The Management Trainee will participate in a structured development program designed to provide insights into business operations and financial services. Day-to-day tasks include learning operational processes, developing skills in business analysis and problem-solving, collaborating on strategic initiatives, and supporting team projects. The role offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and opportunities to work on diverse business challenges.
