Role Description The Graduate Management Trainee Staff role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jakarta, Indonesia. In this role, the trainee will rotate across key business functions to learn about trading services, client support, and internal operations. Daily activities may include assisting with market research, preparing reports and presentations, supporting client education initiatives, and coordinating with senior staff on operational tasks. The trainee will participate in structured training programs, shadow experienced team members, and contribute to projects that improve service quality and business processes. The position is designed to build foundational skills for future leadership roles within Vplus.id and PT Victory International Futures.
Qualifications

• Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret market data and prepare clear reports.
• Good communication and presentation abilities, including confidence in explaining concepts to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Solid organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and training rotations effectively.
