Graduate Management Trainee

Role Description This full-time on-site Graduate Management Trainee role is based in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area at Vplus.id. The Management Trainee will rotate across key business functions to learn operations, sales, and administrative processes, while supporting daily branch activities. Responsibilities include assisting with data analysis and reporting, coordinating with internal teams, supporting customer service and client communications, and helping implement branch initiatives and standard operating procedures. The role involves participating in training sessions, shadowing managers, preparing presentations, and contributing to process improvements. The program is designed to develop future leaders who can take on supervisory or managerial responsibilities upon successful completion.
