Graduate Management Trainee

Role Description The Graduate Management Trainee role at PT. Victory International - Satrio Jakarta is a full-time, on-site position based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The trainee will rotate across key business functions to learn core operations, assist in project coordination, and support daily administrative and analytical tasks. Responsibilities include collecting and analyzing data, preparing reports and presentations, supporting process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives. The role also involves participating in training programs, shadowing managers, contributing to problem-solving initiatives, and providing support on strategic and operational projects as assigned.
