Graduate Management Trainee(Chinese speaker)

Job Responsibilities

1. Participate in departmental rotation or be assigned to a specific department based on company arrangements, including but not limited to Sales, Project Management, Production, etc.;
2. Assist communication and coordination between Indonesian local teams and colleagues from the China branch, including daily meetings, emails, and work coordination in Chinese and Indonesian/English translation;
3. This role is not limited to translation duties. The candidate will also be involved in the actual operational work of the assigned department and take on related responsibilities;
4. Support project follow-up, data organization, documentation, and cross-department coordination;
5. Learn company processes, product knowledge, and internal management systems, with the goal of developing into a core team member;
6. Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

1. Diploma degree or above, major is not limited;
2. Good Chinese communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) for daily work use;
3. Indonesian candidates are preferred; candidates with experience studying in China or working in Chinese companies are a plus;
4. Strong communication skills, willingness to learn, and a responsible working attitude;
5. Fresh graduates and candidates without relevant experience are welcome. Training and mentorship will be provided;
6. Able to work in a multicultural environment and collaborate with different teams.
