Participate in departmental rotation or be assigned to a specific department based on company arrangements, including but not limited to Sales, Project Management, Production, etc.;
Assist communication and coordination between Indonesian local teams and colleagues from the China branch, including daily meetings, emails, and work coordination in Chinese and Indonesian/English translation;
This role is not limited to translation duties. The candidate will also be involved in the actual operational work of the assigned department and take on related responsibilities;
Support project follow-up, data organization, documentation, and cross-department coordination;
Learn company processes, product knowledge, and internal management systems, with the goal of developing into a core team member;
Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
Diploma degree or above, major is not limited;
Good Chinese communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) for daily work use;
Indonesian candidates are preferred; candidates with experience studying in China or working in Chinese companies are a plus;
Strong communication skills, willingness to learn, and a responsible working attitude;
Fresh graduates and candidates without relevant experience are welcome. Training and mentorship will be provided;
