Job Description:

Responsible for maintaining & executing corporate communications strategy meant to build a stronger corporate reputation for Shopee including but not limited to in-app campaigns, offline events, CSR activities & partnership initiatives.
Project management to ensure all related divisions are able to execute their deliverables on time based on the project timeline.
Write effective brief & meeting notes to ensure all related parties are aligned on the project objective, status & updates.
Creative briefing & conception of external communications material for in-app & social media channels
Proactively monitor development of public sentiment & narrative related to corporate key imageries, from desk research, social media conversation, news coverage and research findings.
Cultivate strong personal relationships & partnerships with related internal & external stakeholders.
Administration & clerical support related to legal document & purchase request preparation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Administration, Public Relations, or related fields
1-2 years working experience
Strong understanding of Indonesia's social media landscape (Instagram, etc.) and e-commerce dynamics.
Experience preparing executive presentations, reports, and dashboards to communicate strategic recommendations effectively.
Good team player, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn
Have a high sense of ownership and responsibility
Result-driven attitude with good critical thinking skills
Detail-oriented person
Experience with tight deadlines and dealing with conflicting priorities, whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy and confidentiality
Have experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines
