Establishing and structuring the Quality Assurance framework across the Operations function.
Ensure and monitor the implementation of the Quality Assurance framework within the scope of Operations.
Prepare regular reports on Quality Assurance outcomes.
Act as the Operations representative in the Avrist Compliance Committee and ensure the dissemination and implementation of applicable compliance regulations across all Operations units.
Organize issue identification processes with internal teams and users based on Quality Assurance and Operations Compliance monitoring results.
Ensure that Operations activities are carried out in accordance with applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Compliance regulations.
Collaborate with the Ops Excellence team to analyze issues and define improvement projects aligned with business strategies and priorities.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor&aposs degree in Industrial Engineering.
Familiarity with LEAN/Six Sigma and business process re-engineering, with up to 1 year of experience.
Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office (Excel, Word) and internet usage.
Experience using computer programs for project planning and execution.
Understanding of Quality Assurance processes and techniques.
