Operations & Data Intern
Abou The Role
You will be part of the Operations Team. Your role is to support efforts to ensure that the foundation is operating with great prudence in areas such as legal, finance and general operations. You will liaise and work together with people who are in the support and program function and be the coordination to ensure the foundation operates with a high level of governance.
What You Will Do
- Support the transition to new systems, development of processes/tools, maintain & develop knowledge and process repository
- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline operational systems and processes to strengthen internal organisational efficiency
- Assist with data management to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data
- Support operational aspects of Programs
- Support the design and execution of reporting needs for internal and external stakeholders
- Successfully work in partnership with cross-functional teams and support several projects and teams in parallel
What You Will Need
- Final year student (no more in-class study) or fresh graduate, majoring in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Equiv is a plus
- Have working experience as an intern or student organization as finance / operational / business management role is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and a knack for problem solving and process improvement
- Creative and able to synthesize large amounts of data, proficiency in Google Sheet (VLOOKUP, PIVOT, Looker Studios etc)
- Organised, efficient, task-driven, data-driven, detail-oriented, highly motivated and proactive work style is a must
- Knowledge and exposure in the non-profit organisations&apos operations is a plus
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with excellent written & verbal Bahasa Indonesia and English language skills
