Golang java Developer

Core Qualifications

1. Hands-on experience building backend applications or services.

2. Strong programming fundamentals; Go is preferred, while experience with Java or other backend languages is also welcome.

3. Good understanding of APIs, databases, software design, and backend engineering fundamentals.

4. Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.

5. Ability to translate requirements into practical technical designs and implementations.

6. Understanding of reliability concepts such as retries, idempotency, concurrency, error handling, and failure scenarios.

7. Familiarity with automated testing, Git, code reviews, CI/CD, and production deployments.

8. Willingness to own production systems, including monitoring, debugging, on-call, and incident response.

9. Basic understanding of secure software development practices.

10. Strong problem-solving, ownership, communication, and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to have)

1. Production experience with Go or Java.

2. Experience in payments, fintech, banking, reconciliation, financial systems, or Web3.

3. Experience with distributed systems, messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ, or caching technologies such as Redis.

4. Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, containers, Kubernetes, and observability tools.

5. Frontend experience with Vue.js or Nuxt.

6. Experience using AI-assisted development tools effectively.
