Location: Jakarta Utara (Full WFO)
Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related field. Equivalent practical experience may be considered. Minimum GPA: 3.00.
Experience: 1–3 years of professional experience.
Technical Skills
1–3 years of professional experience with Go (Golang); internships and serious side projects are considered.
Good understanding of goroutines, channels, context, and error handling.
Experience developing REST APIs using Gin, Echo, Fiber, or Chi.
Familiar with GORM and able to write raw SQL when required.
Strong PostgreSQL fundamentals, including joins, transactions, indexes, and query optimization.
Familiar with Git and basic Docker.
Able to independently read technical documentation and troubleshoot issues effectively.
Interpersonal & Communication Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Able to communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
Proactive in identifying issues and proposing practical solutions.

Secondary Qualifications
SQLX or other non-ORM database libraries.
MongoDB, including document modeling and aggregation pipelines.
Message queues such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, NATS, or Redis Streams.
Temporal or other workflow/orchestration engines.
gRPC, Redis, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
Personal Go projects or open-source contributions.
Job Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs in Go using Gin.
Develop and optimize data access layers using GORM, SQLX, and raw SQL.
Design schemas, write migrations, and optimize queries for PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
Implement durable business processes using Temporal workflows and activities, including retries, timeouts, compensation logic, and idempotency.
Build asynchronous, event-driven services using RabbitMQ, Kafka, NATS, or Redis Streams.
Develop unit and integration tests and participate in code reviews.
Implement structured logging, metrics, and tracing, and assist with production incident troubleshooting.
Collaborate with Product, Frontend, and DevOps teams on API contracts and deployment.
