About The Role

Being a brand marketing analyst, you will be in the collaborator within functions in Gojek, such as social media, CRM, market research & insights, data & business intelligence to analyze qualitative, and quantitative data and turn them into insightful insights and actionable items to support Gojek brand growth.
What Will You Do
- Monitor and analyze central marketing team OKR to achieve maximized results
- Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing central marketing campaigns and activities incl. Brand, social media, and performance marketing
- Leverage multiple data sources, both primary and secondary data points to generate insightful and actionable items for central marketing activities incl. Brand, social media, and performance marketing
- Cross-team collaboration to develop brand marketing strategies & plans
- Do experimentation on the marketing strategy ideas
- Identify and adapt current marketing trends that suitable for the business growth
What Will You Need
- At least 3 years related work experiences, preferably from technology / FMCG / telecommunications industry
- Bachelorâs degree from business management, marketing, informatics and mathematics are plus points
- Able to articulate ideas and translate it into executable items
- A self-starter person who have high curiosity with data
- Broad knowledge and experience with multiple marketing channels
- Strong analytical skills, able to extract data and derive a meaningful story from it
- Detail oriented, able to handle multiple tasks at a time
- Exposure to marketing research methodologies, SQL/BigQuery/Looker Studio is huge plus
