What you'll do:

Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with senior executives to shape sourcing strategies that align with ambitious capital project goals while ensuring compliance with stringent governance frameworks. You will be instrumental in building enduring vendor partnerships that uphold the highest standards of quality and value. By championing process improvements and nurturing your team's capabilities through structured development plans, you will help secure the organisation's reputation as a leader in delivering world-class environments. Success in this role requires not only technical expertise but also a collaborative spirit that brings together diverse stakeholders towards shared objectives.

  • Oversee all procurement operations across a diverse ecosystem including high-end shopping centres, multiple luxury hotel brands, and corporate office towers, ensuring seamless integration of sourcing strategies.
  • Direct the procurement approach for significant asset enhancement initiatives and large-scale renovation projects, maintaining strict adherence to budgetary controls and timelines.
  • Establish and refine group-wide vendor relationships by negotiating contracts that guarantee both cost-efficiency and premium quality for all assets under management.
  • Drive continuous improvement within the centralised procurement function by implementing robust internal controls aligned with Tbk-level audit requirements.
  • Collaborate with business unit leaders and executive stakeholders to ensure procurement activities are fully integrated with broader organisational objectives.
  • Mentor and develop a dedicated team of procurement specialists by fostering an environment focused on knowledge sharing, succession planning, and long-term talent development.
  • Lead the implementation of best practices in strategic sourcing to optimise supplier performance while mitigating risk across all categories of spend.
  • Champion process optimisation initiatives that enhance transparency, accountability, and operational efficiency throughout the procurement lifecycle.
  • Monitor market trends and regulatory changes relevant to the property sector to inform proactive adjustments in procurement policy and practice.
