GM Finance Accounting & Tax

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership across the finance, accounting, and tax functions to ensure robust financial governance, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Oversee financial reporting and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
• Lead financial planning activities including budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
• Manage treasury matters including cash flow management, funding strategies, and relationships with banking partners.
• Provide strategic financial insights to support executive decision-making, business growth, and investment initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, and tax, including leadership experience in senior finance roles.
• Strong expertise in financial reporting, taxation, treasury management, and financial planning.
• Professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required.
• Professional certification such as CPA, CA, or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong leadership capability, strategic mindset, and excellent stakeholder management skills.
