Global Grant & CSR Fundraising Specialist

Timedoor Academy is looking for an experienced Grant & CSR Fundraising Specialist to help us secure funding for our education and social-impact projects.

Our projects include:

• Coding & AI education
• Digital literacy
• Education for underserved children
• Teacher training
• Scholarships and sponsored learning

• Find international grant, CSR, and sponsorship opportunities
• Identify suitable foundations, corporations, NGOs, and funding organizations
• Prepare grant proposals and applications
• Build relationships with potential funders
• Manage follow-up until funding is secured

• Experience in grant fundraising, CSR fundraising, sponsorship, or donor relations
• Proven experience securing funding is strongly preferred
• Strong English writing and communication skills
• Able to work independently and flexibly
• Experience in education, NGO, social impact, or international development is a plus

Base Compensation + Performance-Based Incentive

• Bonus or commission will be provided based on successful funding, KPI achievement, depending on the rules of each funding program.
