At Cekat.AI, we are building the future of AI-driven business across markets. We're looking for a Global Finance & Planning Analyst to help drive financial clarity, business decisions, and scalable growth across our global operations.
This role goes beyond Finance and Accounting — you will partner closely with leadership to translate numbers into insights, build financial visibility, and support strategic planning across entities and regions.
What You'll Do
- Own and maintain global financial reporting, including monthly and annual financial statements across entities
- Develop and manage financial forecasts, budgets, and long-range business planning
- Build financial models to support strategic decisions, growth initiatives, and resource allocation
- Monitor company performance and provide insights on revenue, cost structure, profitability, and cash flow
- Consolidate financial data across countries/entities and ensure reporting accuracy and consistency
- Prepare management reports and executive dashboards for leadership review
- Conduct variance analysis and identify financial risks and opportunities
- Partner cross-functionally with Operations, HR, Product, and Leadership teams to support business decisions
- Improve finance processes, controls, and reporting automation to support scale
- Support ad-hoc strategic projects and business expansion initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Accounting, Corporate Finance, or related functions
- Strong understanding of: Financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), Budgeting and forecasting, Financial planning and business analysis, Cash flow management and financial controls
- Proven experience building financial models and scenario planning
- Comfortable working with multiple entities, currencies, or global financial environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- Experience with accounting and finance systems (ERP is a plus)
- Strong analytical thinking with high attention to detail
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Able to operate independently in a fast-paced and high-growth environment
Bonus Points:
- Experience in startup, technology, SaaS, or multinational environments
- Experience supporting fundraising, board reporting, investor reporting, or business expansion initiatives
- Prior experience at Big 4 firms is highly preferred
- Experience working with cross-border / multi-entity financial reporting and consolidation
