  • Bachelor's degree in Geography, Geomatics, Geodesy, Forestry, Environmental Science, Remote Sensing, Spatial Planning, or another relevant discipline.
  • 1–2 years of professional experience in GIS, remote sensing, spatial analysis, or a related field is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates with relevant technical skills, internship experience, academic projects, or a strong GIS portfolio are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong proficiency in QGIS and/or ArcGIS Pro.
  • Good understanding of vector and raster data processing, map projections, coordinate reference systems, topology, and geodatabase management.
  • Experience in satellite imagery processing, land-cover mapping, change detection, or environmental spatial analysis.
  • Ability to produce accurate, clear, and professional cartographic outputs.
  • Experience using GIS tools such as GDAL, Google Earth Engine, PostGIS, or spatial databases is an advantage.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python for geospatial processing, particularly GeoPandas, Rasterio, Shapely, or similar libraries, is preferred.
  • Familiarity with drone data processing, WebGIS, or spatial dashboard development is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
  • Good attention to detail and commitment to spatial data quality.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and work within project deadlines.
  • Good communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel and participate in field activities when required.
  • A portfolio of GIS maps, spatial analyses, remote sensing outputs, or relevant project work is highly recommended.
