Genomik Solidaritas Indonesia is looking for an experienced Sales Leader to drive business growth and lead our sales team in the genomics and life sciences sector in Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve national sales targets
- Develop and execute sales strategies for genomics products and services
- Identify and expand business opportunities with academic institutions, research centers, and biotech companies
- Analyze market trends and the needs of the life sciences sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and strategic stakeholders
- Present sales reports and performance analysis to the Board of Directors
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant fields (Biology, Genetics, Biotechnology, or Business)
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Supervisor/Manager in medical device or life sciences distribution
- Strong understanding of genomics products and services, including sequencing technologies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinker with strong market opportunity awareness
- Result oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales growth
