We are seeking a Generative AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy advanced AI-driven solutions leveraging large language models (LLMs), multimodal models, and cutting-edge generative technologies. You will work closely with product, data, and engineering teams to transform business challenges into scalable AI-powered products.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy generative AI solutions using LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini, LLaMA)
- Build and optimize prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines
- Develop AI-powered applications such as chatbots, copilots, content generators, and automation tools.
- Integrate AI models into production systems via APIs and microservices
- Evaluate model performance, mitigate hallucinations, and improve accuracy and reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions
- Ensure responsible AI practices, including data privacy, security, and ethical consideration
- Stay current with emerging trends in generative AI and machine learning
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field
- Strong programming skills in Java/Python (experience with JavaScript/TypeScript is a plus).
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and generative AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI SDKs, Hugging Face, etc.)
- Solid understanding of machine learning concepts and NLP fundamentals
- Experience working with APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and containerization (Docker)
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
Qualifications:
- Experience fine-tuning or training foundation models.
- Familiarity with MLOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience deploying AI solutions at scale
- Understanding of multimodal models (text, image, audio, video)
