Generative AI Engineer

About the Company

We are seeking an experienced Sr AI Engineer (7+ years) to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade conversational AI solutions. This role focuses on building scalable chatbot and Copilot applications, integrating with enterprise systems, and leveraging Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques for high-quality knowledge-driven interactions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-powered chatbots and Copilot solutions for enterprise use cases
• Develop conversational flows using Copilot Studio or similar platforms
• Apply prompt engineering techniques to optimize chatbot performance and accuracy
• Integrate chatbots with APIs, enterprise systems, and workflow automation tools
• Implement knowledge management solutions using RAG-based approaches
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business needs
• Conduct testing, validation, and quality assurance to ensure reliability and usability
• Continuously improve chatbots using feedback, analytics, and performance insights

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• Strong understanding of:
• Prompt engineering and chatbot fundamentals
• Conversational AI design principles
• Hands-on experience with:
• Copilot Studio / chatbot development platforms
• API integration and workflow orchestration
• Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) basics
• Testing frameworks and quality assurance practices
• Technical expertise in:
• Pro-code platforms such as Microsoft Foundry and/or Databricks

Preferred Skills

• Experience with:
• Microsoft 365 Copilot and agent extensibility
• Azure AI services
• Programming knowledge in:
• Python and/or JavaScript
• Understanding of:
• Security and Responsible AI practices
• Advanced RAG architectures and DevOps integration
