Job Summary:**
The General Services Operator will be responsible for the efficient and effective management of general services and facilities at PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk's HC PNGKLN LADA location, ensuring a safe, clean, and productive working environment.
Job Responsibilities:**
- Manage and oversee the maintenance and repair of company facilities, including buildings, grounds, and equipment.
- Coordinate and supervise third-party vendors for cleaning, security, waste management, and other general services.
- Ensure the availability and proper functioning of office supplies, equipment, and utilities.
- Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures within the premises.
- Handle and resolve general administrative and operational issues and requests from employees.
- Prepare and maintain records related to general services activities, including inventory and expenditure.
- Assist in budget planning and control for general services operations.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues or areas for improvement.
Job Qualifications:**
- Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent. A Diploma in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in general services, facilities management, or a similar operational role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including occasional lifting and moving of equipment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies as needed.
