Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • GA Strategy and Policy. Develops clear guidelines, operating standards, and role definitions to ensure compliance, service consistency, and alignment of General Affairs (GA) functions with overall organizational objectives.
  • GA Services. Ensures that service needs at both the Head Office and Site Offices are delivered according to established standards, policies, and organizational goals. Manages resource utilization and budget efficiency through effective cost planning, allocation, and expenditure monitoring to maintain highquality and compliant GA services.
  • GA Services Monitoring & Evaluation. Oversees service performance across all locations to ensure efficiency, standard compliance, and regulatory adherence. Monitors vendor performance, reviews service outcomes, analyzes operational data, identifies issues, evaluates KPIs, and formulates improvement plans to maintain service effectiveness throughout the organization.
  • Managerial Accountability Leads and evaluates team performance, ensures workplace health and safety, and maintains service quality. Supports budget management, contributes to strategic planning, ensures compliance and risk management, and facilitates effective communication and change management to achieve organizational objectives.

Key Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 57 years of experience in General Affairs, with at least 23 years in a managerial or sectionhead level role. Experience in the mining or heavy industry sector is highly preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of facilities management, procurement, and logistics; understanding of office operational permits and regulations in Indonesia, particularly in the mining sector; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Soft Skills: Strong leadership and managerial capabilities, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
