We're Hiring: General Sales Manager – Laundrette (Laundry & Dry Cleaning Industry)

PT Sinar Eka Kreasi, the company behind Laundrette, is looking for an experienced General Sales Manager to lead business development, marketing, and sales strategy across both retail and corporate/institutional client segments.

Note: This role requires direct, hands-on experience in the laundry, dry cleaning, or linen/garment care services industry. Candidates without this background will not be considered, regardless of seniority in other industries.

What you'll do:

- Lead business development, marketing, and sales strategy across retail and corporate segments

- Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through ATL and BTL marketing initiatives

- Develop and manage relationships with corporate/institutional clients

- Oversee digital marketing, e-commerce, and IT-driven customer engagement initiatives

- Lead and develop teams across business development, marketing, and sales

- Stay current on fashion and garment technology trends to inform service offerings

- Monitor business performance and report to senior management

What we're looking for:

- Min. 8 years of experience in business development, marketing, or sales leadership, with direct experience in the laundry, dry cleaning, or linen/garment care services industry (mandatory)

- Proven track record driving revenue growth through B2B and B2C sales & marketing strategy within the laundry/garment care sector

- Fluent in both above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) marketing strategies

- Strong understanding of fashion and garment technology

- Fluency in information technology and e-commerce platforms

- Experience developing and managing B2B/corporate accounts (hotels, hospitals, F&B, property management, etc.)

- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

- Existing relationships with corporate clients in the laundry/linen services space a strong advantage
