Role Description The General Practitioner will provide comprehensive primary care services, including patient consultations, examinations, diagnosis, and treatment for a wide range of acute and chronic conditions. Responsibilities include prescribing medication, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, maintaining accurate medical records, and coordinating referrals to specialist services when needed. The role also involves delivering health education, participating in immunization and disease prevention programs, and supporting community outreach activities. The General Practitioner will collaborate with nurses and other healthcare staff to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. This is a full-time, on-site role located in West Jakarta.
Qualifications

Strong clinical skills in Medicine and Primary Care, with experience managing common acute and chronic conditions.
Background in Family Medicine and community health, with the ability to provide holistic, continuous care across age groups.
Ability to work effectively with Nursing staff and other healthcare professionals in a multidisciplinary setting.
Experience in Training, including mentoring junior staff and providing health education to patients and communities.
Valid medical degree and professional license to practice as a General Practitioner in Indonesia.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered and culturally sensitive approach.
Strong organizational and documentation skills, including familiarity with standard medical record-keeping practices.
