Monroe Consulting Group is currently assisting a leading healthcare and wellness clinic in Bali in their search for a qualified General Practitioner / Clinic Person in Charge (PIC) to oversee clinical operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver high-quality patient care.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the daily operational activities of the clinic to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Conduct patient consultations, examinations, and medical assessments in accordance with professional medical standards.
- Review and validate medical check-up results and patient conditions prior to any medical or aesthetic procedures.
- Complete, maintain, and sign medical records accurately and in compliance with applicable regulations.
- Prescribe and authorize medications based on clinical assessments and treatment plans.
- Manage the patient journey from consultation and treatment through post-treatment follow-up.
- Ensure all clinical services are delivered in accordance with established SOPs, medical protocols, and patient safety standards.
- Act as the Clinic Person in Charge (PIC), ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, and operational standards.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and operational staff to ensure effective clinic operations and patient care.
- Monitor team performance, discipline, and adherence to professional and ethical standards.
- Handle patient concerns and complaints professionally while maintaining a high level of patient satisfaction.
- Ensure the readiness and proper maintenance of medical equipment, treatment materials, and procedure rooms.
- Collaborate with medical practitioners regarding patient conditions, treatment plans, and continuity of care.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality, operational efficiency, and patient experience.
Requirements
- Medical Doctor (General Practitioner) or Specialist in Internal Medicine (Internist).
- Possess an active Indonesian Medical Registration Certificate (STR).
- Holds or is willing to obtain a valid Practice License (SIP).
- Willing to serve as the Clinic Person in Charge (PIC).
- Strong understanding of clinical operations, patient care management, and healthcare regulations.
- Experience in clinic, healthcare, wellness, aesthetic, or outpatient medical settings is preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership and team coordination capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-oriented approach.
- Strong sense of responsibility, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Willing to be based in Bali.
