General Manager

Qualifications :

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in any major (Master's/MBA is an added advantage)
• Experience leading a company, business unit, or organization with a strong leadership track record
• Experience developing business strategies while ensuring effective operational implementation
• Understanding of Business Management, Financial Management, Operational Management, Corporate Governance, and Performance Management
• Excellent business analysis, decision-making, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
• Experience collaborating with the Board of Directors and leading cross-functional management
• Strong leadership, high integrity, and the ability to build a results-oriented work culture
• Willing to travel on business to all SCMA Group business units as needed

Job Descriptions :

• Lead, coordinate, and oversee the operations of all companies within the SCMA Group to align with the Board of Directors vision and targets.
• Develop and implement business strategies, company targets, KPIs, and work plans in collaboration with management
• Ensure achievement of business targets, profitability, operational efficiency, and growth for all business units
• Oversee the performance of all company functions, including Operations, Production, Sales & Marketing, Finance, HRGA, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Legal
• Evaluate business performance periodically and provide strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors
• Identify opportunities for business development, productivity improvement, cost efficiency, and work process improvement
• Clarify organizational capabilities through coaching, mentoring, and management team development
• Improve the implementation of Good Corporate Governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management across all companies within the group
