General Manager Operations (F&B)

Responsible:

• Be person in charge for store operational SOP, strategy, and cost.
• Manage and develop store person, being in charge for sales & development strategy, such as training or incentive programs.
• Prepare operation plan (New Store, Seasonal and store) and ensure effective implementation.
• Ensure all store sales, promotions are planned effectively, executed promptly and maintained professionally.
• Impede growth initiatives, increase revenue and reduce selling time.
• Control and manage in-store inventory, new product, Visual Merchadising and advertising.
• Review and Analyze stock and sales reports.
• Review and effectively deal with fast / slow lines, new rages and end of ranges and implement necessary action.
• Provision of frequent feedback on sales, stock position and product feedback.

Requirment:

• Bachelor degree, any field.
• At least 10 years working experience in Retail Operations/Operations General Manager in F&B industry.
• Strong in operations strategic, proven experience in managing large team and many outlets.
• Have experience in developing operations SOP for new business is a plus.
• Strong leadership, assertive, good team player
• Refined communications, excellent in English (both verbal & written).
• Willing to work mobile if needed.
• Willing to be placed at West Jakarta.
