Nisí Villas Bingin is a dreamy collection of ultra-luxe, modern Mediterranean private villas located in the thriving heart of Bingin, Uluwatu. Perfectly positioned opposite world-class surf beaches and Uluwatu's vibrant restaurant scene, we offer a 5-star sanctuary featuring premium accommodation, private butler service, and a dedicated Wellness & Recovery Centre complete with a hot tub, cold plunge, and steam room. What You Will Contribute:
As the General Manager of Villa & Suites, you will be the strategic and operational leader behind Nisí Villas Bingin and our highly anticipated, soon-to-open Nisí Suites. Reporting directly to the Owner and Director, you will seamlessly integrate and oversee the daily operations of both adjacent properties. Your primary focus will be driving commercial success, executing a flawless pre-opening phase for the Suites, and maintaining the ultra-luxe, 5-star Mediterranean hospitality standard our guests expect - from personalized private butler services to our high-end Wellness & Recovery Centre.
What You Will Do:
- Dual-Property Leadership: Direct overall operations for both Nisí Villas and the upcoming Nisí Suites, ensuring operational synergy, consistent luxury standards, and shared resource efficiency between the adjacent properties.
- Pre-Opening Management: Lead the pre-opening, launch strategy, and operational integration of the new Nisí Suites, ensuring timelines and brand standards are strictly met.
- Financial & Commercial Strategy: Take full ownership of the P&L for both properties. Drive revenue growth, manage budgets, optimize Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), and maximize Gross Operating Profit (GOP).
- Guest Experience Excellence: Uphold and elevate the 5-star guest experience, ensuring highly personalized, unhurried service that aligns with the brand's family-founded ethos.
- Departmental Oversight: Supervise all departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Butler Service, Engineering, and the Wellness & Recovery Centre to ensure flawless daily execution.
- Sales & Marketing: Drive commercial initiatives, maximizing occupancy, Average Daily Rate (ADR), and RevPAR in the highly competitive Uluwatu/Bingin market.
- Talent Development: Recruit, train, mentor, and inspire a world-class hospitality team, fostering a culture of warmth, dedication, discipline, and continuous improvement.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections of villas, suites, and public areas to ensure impeccable cleanliness, maintenance, and aesthetic standards.
- Stakeholder Reporting: Maintain strong, transparent communication with the Owner and Director through comprehensive operational, financial, and market reports.
Who We're Looking For:
- Minimum 5–7 years of progressive hospitality management experience, with at least 3 years as a General Manager, Resort Manager, or Cluster Manager in a luxury boutique hotel or premium villa complex.
- Proven pre-opening experience is highly preferred to successfully launch Nisí Suites.
- Strong business acumen with a solid track record in financial management, P&L accountability, budget formulation, and revenue optimization.
- Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to manage, train, and motivate diverse teams across two adjacent properties simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of luxury hospitality standards, highly personalized butler services, and wellness-focused operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in fluent English (Bahasa Indonesia is a strong plus for expatriates, mandatory for local candidates).
- Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of maintaining calm and effective leadership in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with the Uluwatu/Bingin market and luxury travel trends is highly advantageous.
