We are seeking a highly experienced General Manager – Mixed Use Properties responsible for leading end‑to‑end property operations with strong technical and engineering capabilities to represent ownership in daily management. This senior role requires providing strong leadership, driving commercial performance, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering service‑driven outcomes with strong engineering to achieve world‑class building standards and tenant satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading all technical and non‑technical property operations with premium standards
- Applying strong engineering oversight while ensuring asset reliability, safety, and efficiency
- Managing facility maintenance, utilities, and lifecycle performance of building systems
- Overseeing contractors, outsourced services, and regulatory compliance
- Driving tenant satisfaction through proactive engagement and service excellence
- Managing budgets, financial performance, and multiple revenue streams
- Representing ownership in stakeholder, tenant, and government relations
Requirements
- Demonstrating proven experience serving as a General Manager within large‑scale mixed‑use, commercial, or hospitality assets
- Bringing a strong hospitality background combine with solid engineering expertise, ideally from an international hotel chain, with exposure to premium service standards and complex operations
- Gaining experience working across multiple locations or international environments
- Holding senior leadership accountability for operations, finance, people management, and guest/tenant experience
- Applying strong financial acumen through budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization
- Managing diverse stakeholders, vendors, and government relationships effectively
- Communicating clearly while demonstrating sound problem‑solving and decision‑making
