General Manager Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing & sales strategies for coal products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers in the Java region (PLTU, cement plants, industrial clients).
• Identify new market opportunities and secure long-term contracts.
• Lead negotiations, pricing strategies, and contract finalization.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and coal pricing (HBA/FOB/CNF).
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales volume and margin targets.

Requirements:

• 710 years experience in coal marketing or coal trading.
• Strong network and market understanding in Java.
• Proven track record in securing new buyers and handling large-volume coal contracts.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
