Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and implement annual business plans aligned with regional and global objectives.
Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion in Indonesia.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to inform strategy.
Oversee daily operations across all functions, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
Establish and monitor KPIs for departments, ensuring accountability and performance.
Implement cost-control measures while maintaining service quality and safety standards.
Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, tax regulations, and industry-specific requirements.
Control and monitor office budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Oversee fund collection activities, ensuring timely invoicing, payment follow-up, and cash flow stability.
Maintain transparent reporting of budget usage and fund collection status to senior management.
Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
Oversee recruitment, retention, and succession planning for critical roles.
Represent the company with government agencies, industry associations, and key clients.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers, contractors, and business partners.
Act as the public face of the Jakarta office, safeguarding reputation and brand integrity.
Ensure adherence to corporate governance standards and internal policies.
Oversee health, safety, and environmental compliance across all operations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field
Minimum 10 years of leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
Strong knowledge of the Indonesian market, regulatory environment, and business culture.
Proven track record in driving business growth and managing P&L.
Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
High integrity, resilience, and ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on executions.
